Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Scottish Lifestyle Coaching Programme. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Program offered by Scottish Lifestyle Coach. By enrolling in and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Program is designed to support you achieve your health and fitness goals around busy life commitments. The Program includes online coaching, weekly check in/feedback via use of an app. Face to Face sessions are also available.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By enrolling in the Program, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Enrollment and Payment

a. Enrollment:
To enroll in the Program, you must complete the registration process and pay the required fees as outlined in our application in the enrollment materials.

b. Payment
All fees for the Program are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. Payments must be made in full before you gain access to the Program. We accept Stripe Payments.

c. Refund Policy:
All sales are final. Refunds are at the discretion of the coach and are only available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Program, subject to a 50% processing fee.

4. Program Participation

a. Coaching Sessions:
Face to Face or Group Coaching sessions will be conducted in person . You are responsible for scheduling your sessions and attending them at the agreed-upon times. If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours notice. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

b. Responsibilities
Your participation and progress in the Program are your responsibility. We will provide guidance and support, but the results you achieve are dependent on your commitment and effort.

c. Conduct
You agree to participate in the Program in a respectful and professional manner. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination from the Program without a refund.

5. Confidentiality

a. Confidentiality Commitment:
We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. Any information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

b. Exceptions
There are some circumstances where we may be legally required to disclose information shared in coaching sessions, such as in cases of harm to yourself or others, or when required by law.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided in the Program, including but not limited to text, videos, workbooks, and audio recordings, are the intellectual property of  Scottish Lifestyle Coach. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on these materials without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

a. No Guarantees
While we are committed to helping you achieve your goals, we do not guarantee any specific results from your participation in the Program.

b. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the Program.

8. Termination

a. Termination by You
You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to us. However, no refunds will be provided upon termination by you unless otherwise specified in the refund policy.

b. Termination by Us:
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at our discretion, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms or disruptive behavior. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and your participation in the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Scotland.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or by email notification. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
