I live in the Fife area in Scotland. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years now as a personal trainer, fitness instructor and swim teacher. During this time I supported numerous people from a range of different backgrounds overcome their fears of dieting and exercise, help guide them to personal goals and prioritise their health and wellbeing.
To date I have completed 8 marathons in a number of locations, reached a British Final in a natural bodybuilding show, competed in Crossfit competitions and played football.
